Reading update 2026-10-21
The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene - I have to be honest. I am fairly disgusted with the topics presented in this book so far. Here’s a quote from the page I am on as I write this, “...the credit for an invention or creation is as important, if not more important, than the invention itself.” This is a great message to spread to young people. I’m going to soldier on, as it is helping me recognize behavior tactics in people.
Dungeon Crawler Carl Book 6: The Eye of the Bedlam Bride by Matt Dinniman - Book 5 was the longest one yet and is setting up crazy stuff for what I would guess happens in book 7 or 8.
The Coaching Habit: Say Less, Ask More & Change the Way You Lead Forever by Michael Bungay Stanier (Audiobook) - Included in Spotify Premium.
Hong, Y., Park, J., Yoo, J., & Kim, K. (2026). A quality appraisal of clinical practice guidelines for herpes zoster and postherpetic neuralgia using the AGREE II instrument: A systematic review. Medicine, 105(42), e51100. https://doi.org/10.1097/MD.0000000000051100 - For What the Fundus)
The Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday - I read from this book every day and recommend it to everyone who is struggling with sorting out their thoughts. I don’t know how many years I have been reading it. It is divided up with a Stoic axiom each day. So if you miss a day here and there, no big deal. You can just catch up on it next year.
