Dungeon Crawler Carl So Far
I just finished the fourth Dungeon Crawler Carl book last night, and I immediately downloaded the next one. I don't want to get into any spoilers about the story, but Dinniman is starting to flesh out the overall universe, making the story more complex. However, this isn't turning into The Circle of Time series which was bloated and had dead-end storylines. Every detail, every action, every character is with intention. Tight storytelling and just the right amount of humor. Plus, it's totally bananas. I haven't been this excited about reading an author since Terry Pratchett. I can't wait to dive into the fifth book tonight.
